Delivery and Returns

Orders will usually begin processing the same day that they are placed, excluding Sundays and holidays, and will typically ship within two business days pending availability  and credit verification. You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.

Domestic and U.S. Shipping and Handling

We ship within Canada and the U.S. via Canada Post, which guarantees delivery within 6-12 business days of leaving the studio and includes a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by Canada Post

International Shipping and Handling

For international purchases, we ship via Canada Post. International shipments typically arrive within 6-12 business days, but can vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the sole responsibility of the customer. Some orders may experience customs delays and are unfortunately out of our control, as we have no way of predicting what these might be or when they might occur.


Returns for merchandise purchased online are accepted within 14 days for domestic and 21 days for international purchases from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return based on the circumstances. All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail. Returns must be received in new, unworn and unwashed condition and with all tags attached. If you would like to return an item, please contact us with the reason for the return, and we will inform you as to how to proceed. Please note that all sale items are final sale, and unfortunately we will not be able to accept a return.
